We currently use Birdeye for work order follow-up/reputation management and resident retention. It allows us to dive into how satisfied residents are after receiving services from us. We are able to call residents back and address any issues they may have encountered with maintenance during work orders being completed.

I use Birdeye to send out review requests for several clients. We use Birdeye to get our clients' legitimate, 5-star reviews so that we can improve their online presence. I use it on a daily basis with 50-75 clients. Some of my clients are integrated, some of my clients use QR codes, and some of my clients send me client lists.

I think Birdeye is great for businesses that use a CRM system that is able to integrate with Birdeye so that clients are automatically pulled into Birdeye and sent review requests. I would also say this is more suited for businesses that see multiple customers and clients weekly versus businesses that maybe only have one or two clients a month. Ex: Dentist offices get great returns, but contractors/real estate agents may not be as great.

Birdeye is a partner with my agency to help us help our clients facilitate reviews for their businesses. I use Birdeye every day to send out requests, pull reports, and overall present my clients with their current online reputation.

I also use Birdeye for Mass Messaging (Text/Email) and for Survey and Reviews.
Also for answering question with Live chat and Chat bot for auto response with our FAQ.

I use Birdeye every day for my spa. I was getting all kinds of messages from social media, and Birdeye put all of those in one inbox. Also, I can pre-post on social media as far as I want in advance. That is a game-changer! It helps out a lot too because I am able to send surveys to customers as well as to employees. Also, Aditya, who is my representative, is great at explaining things to me and walks me through any questions I have with patience. I recommend Birdeye to everyone I meet!

Within our organization we use Birdeye for multiple purposes. We have the Listings, Social, Surveys, and Reviews. We use the reports for almost everything. We recently opened a new clinic and were able to bulk import contacts to send out information to the community quickly. We recently started using the surveys, and I love the fact that we can put specifics as to who gets the email or not. The inbox has a few glitches where we get a lot of inquiries and just don't have the manpower to respond to them all. An auto-response feature for the inbox would be a huge help. The Social feature is absolutely amazing! The reports are very accurate and give a nice overview of each account or everything together. Campaigns are fantastic and I love being able to see who has opened what and our response rate. Reviews are very easy to automate and integrate. No big issues or anything. Integration of the Surveys has been a little difficult, but we are getting there.

Social media and reviews are the best features. Once we integrated into Facebook and Instagram we were able to have a great look at everything.

We use Birdeye for social media, reviews, and texting more than any of the other features. The texting has been a game changer for us! Most people will respond quicker to a text than a phone call. It has saved us so much time and kept operations streamlined.

  • I think, although a wonderful feature, the social media function could be better. If you need to make an edit you basically have to delete it or go to each social media and do it directly.
Birdeye has some pretty sophisticated options for obtaining reviews. You can integrate it with several types of CSM which makes it easier and more efficient to send review request. However, in our field of work, we do not want to send review request to every client. Therefore, we have it linked up to our CSM but we do not have it on auto. I like how we can manually send reviews to our clients.

We use Birdseye as a one click system where we are able to send with a click of an email. The patient can review us by stars and leave a note as to performance and satisfaction. Or the patient can just leave a star review. Very easy to use! And were able to see the reviews as soon as they are posted. We have had no issues or areas we have needed help on.

It's all about customer communication for us. It allows us to use one platform to communicate with our customers no matter how they would like to communicate with us. The integration with out POS system to send surveys and review requests has been key in getting more information while getting more public reviews.

We have had many customers ask how they can communicate with us. The good thing with Birdeye is the they can use any way that they would like and it all shows up on one page. While there have been some issues with this, They are always there to step in to try to sole the problem. The conversations on the app dont always load or refresh fast enough so sometimes we have multiple staff responding at once and that can be both confusing for us and for our customers

We were fortunate to find Birdeye and implement their services for managing and acquiring reviews for my company. Prior to Birdeye, our system was not productive and extremely time consuming. Birdeye simplified this entire process! Everything from monitoring current reviews to sending professional review requests in a timely manner. Great experience!

Highly recommend Birdeye to those organizations that find the process of review requests tedious and cannot keep up with people where review requests have already been sent. Love that the system stores the contacts as a reminder customer has already received a request so not embarrassing to send multiple review requests to the same person.
The emails and/or text requests received by the customer are professional and allow the customer to engage no matter what the scenario.

Birdeye has eliminated the issues we were having with getting patient reviews. It was like a "set it and forget it" system once implemented! I use Birdeye to reply to messages sent by patients and to monitor reviews.

We use Birdeye to help manage our online reputation and it has been a great tool for us! In the time since using Birdeye, we have increased our Google star rating, increased the number of overall reviews for our potential clients to read and made it easier all around to receive feedback from our clients. The integration with Salesforce has been integral in reducing the number of steps a person needs to request feedback and has made it easier to track. Highly recommend. We also recently started using the survey feature to gauge our newer clients and make sure they are receiving the service they expected.

Birdeye helps consolidate review site monitoring in one place and allows organizations respond quickly. I use it for reputation management, chat features, and more. The chat feature is a lot more affordable than other alternatives out there, although it's not quite as capable as others. It has a variety of uses with an easy to use interface.

Birdeye is a great solution for a smaller company wanting to combine solutions for their website. Reputation management and chat features are simple. We use Birdeye to collect reviews from our customers in general and after events. We like to gain feedback on their satisfaction with our product. We like to know what kind of experience they had at our in-person training and training online and what we can do to improve their experience with us.

We use Birdeye to collect and manage Google and Facebook reviews of our product. We are impressed with the consumer-facing side of Birdeye. The automation of texting and emailing customers to request reviews is great. What we like the best is the way that the emails and text messages look when a customer receives them. The buttons are large and clear. The interface is easy to for the customer to use, and the process of writing a Facebook or Google review is really seamless and fast. Birdeye has helped us gather lots of reviews for Strong Cell. The best part of Birdeye is how the customer-facing interface handles negative feedback. When Birdeye presents the review request to the consumer, the button for Facebook and the button for Google are in blue, then at the bottom of the screen is a red button that requests negative feedback. When a customer clicks the red button, they are able to send our customer service team a message directly, giving us the opportunity to address their complaint, make it right, and provide a quality customer service experience. Meanwhile, arbitrating the potential negative review. This is fantastic.

Birdeye has been an amazing tool that helps generalize all of our companies reviews together. By utilizing Birdeye, we are able to optimize on reviews and keep a live outlook on the feedback we receive as a company. We are able to share the praises of reviews within our company, to lift up employees and celebrate for providing good services. We are also able to be informed of a negative review and be able to address the issue with the customer right away, which usually turns our negative review into a positive!

We are able to get visuals on negative reviews that come in, and respond quickly to customers to resolve the issue. This helps turn our negative reviews into positives most of the time as well

We currently use Birdeye in many different ways, but all of the ways could be summed up in the sense that we use it to better connect with our customers on a daily basis and better connect them with the services and special requests, and general questions that they need fulfilled in order to see us as a company that sells an excellence product with excellent customer service. We have regular email ad campaigns that go out to our customers after a job is performed so that they may review us on several different social media sites (Googe and Facebook being a few of them). We also have a live chat option where customers can send us direct messages that our account managers receive and respond to in real-time. Internally we have an entire campaign going where we recognize and reward our customer-facing employees for accomplishing our Mission of WOWING our Customers with remarkable service, and we use Birdeye to track how many reviews are attributed to jobs that they have done or that have occurred at their branches. Birdeye is an absolutely incredible, dynamic, and easy tool to use and we are blessed to have it in our arsenal!
  • Their customer service is always very helpful and ready to give you the personal attention that you require.
  • They connect many different sources and funnel them straight to you so you can easily capitalize on multiple platforms and information streams.
  • They are constantly innovating and improving their systems with real-time feedback from their customers.
  • The overall chat/email inbox can get out of hand if a user does not take the time to set it up and organize in the first place.
  • Last I checked, if multiple users are responding to different or the same emails at the same time, or responding to reviews at the same time, the users cannot see what the other is doing. It would be nice to see Birdeye almost like a Spreadsheet and you can see where the other user is working so you both don't respond to the same review etc.
  • Their Instagram and Social Media presence is slowly growing! I see their posts and they only have a handful of likes, but I see they are trying and I think someday they will get the recognition they deserve.
Birdeye is incredible at taking various social media sites where people review your business and gathering them together so you can respond to the reviews and also track and analyze the feedback as well. It does all the collecting and heavy lifting for you and makes your customer service communications very easy to manage without a lot of switching costs at all. You may also text message and email your customers through their site and send out coupons, specials, or deals, etc., to them to get feedback and immediate responses. There are also surveys you may send out and NPS data collection. They even added a bill pay feature so that customers may pay you digitally through Birdeye. If you do not have a lot of customers or getting and tracking online reviews is not a high priority for you (it should be!), then Birdeye might not be as helpful for you. Although I can think of lots of ways it can be helpful to any company.
